Hydropumpbathmate.com is pleased to announce our special Easy Hassle-Free RETURN POLICY...If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our Bathmate pumps you have purchased on hydropumpbathmate.com, you are entitled to simply return that item for immdiate REPLACEMENT OR REFUND within (60) days of receipt. To process a return, simply contact hydropumpbathmate.com to request a return authorization at: sales@hydropumpbathmate.com

*PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be accompanied by a Hydropumpbathmate.com RA number. To obtain an RA number, please send an e-mail to:sales@hydropumpbathmate.com

 

Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of original purchase
  • Reason for request for RA
  • Your e-mail address

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RA number.

 RETURN POLICY:
All return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving the item. All accessories are final sale and is excluded from the 60 day return policy.All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature, accessories, instructions, blank warranty cards and documentation. All Products must be returned in "Like-New Condition"

If an item is defective it may only be exchanged with an equivalent product if we are unable to supply the same item or if the item cannot be repaired.
All NON-DEFECTIVE product returns will be subject to a 15% handling fee.

For refunds allow 3-4 business days for the refund to post to your account from the time the refund is issued.
